Both Kyl and Flake support McCain in the Senate race.

MIA: my Congressman Bob Etheridge and Raleigh's David Price. I'm not really surprized, both are pro-illegal.

Problems is only one person's opinion is going to count, the JUDGE.

As crooked as this administration is It would not surprise me in the least if this "judge" was not getting paid off, threatened, special favors, etc etc.

Don't trust this administration no farther than I can throw them.

    Congressman Michael Burgess (R-Texas)

A thoughtful conservative and a strong opponent of illegal immigration. Thank you.

(The same also is true of:
    Congressman Ted Poe (R-Texas)
    Congressman Lamar Smith (R-Texas)

and, I'm sure, of others from the state who we are proud to see signed the brief, although I am not as familiar with them. No Texas senators I see: no surprise there.)

I was wondering this morning if the State of Arizona could file a lawsuit against the Federal government charging them with the willful and purposeful intention of creating mass hysteria among Hispanics in order to circumvent and avoid the enforcement of border security....something along those lines.

    Congressman Robert Aderholt (R-Ala.)

    Aderholt is a good guy.
I am dissapointed that Sessions and Shelby are absent.
