NOGALES, Ariz. - Federal authorities say they've broken up a marijuana smuggling operation along the Arizona-Mexico border and arrested eight drug-smuggling suspects.

Agents from a multi-agency task force led by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration say "Operation Family Tree" also resulted in the seizure of more than 5,000 pounds of marijuana during the course of the investigation.
