Illegal aliens are using our own laws against us



Everyday, very pregnant Mexican and Central American women make their way across the U.S. border to give birth in an American hospital. These children are the famous, so-called "Anchor Babies," so prized by their foreign parents.

Once the child is born on American soil, he or she instantly attains U.S. citizenship. Not only are the parents allowed to stay but since they have no income, the baby is eligible for welfare, WIC, Food Stamps, etc.--all at the expense of the great American taxpayer. There are 350,000 of these Anchor Babies born in the U.S. every year. It is estimated that they consume $118 billion annually in government services.

Over-crowded schools filled with Spanish-only speaking students, closed hospitals, local police, fire, and paramedic services stretched to the breaking point, shrinking wages for Americans, disease, and violent crime are all by-products of the Mexican invasion.

The Anchor Baby phenomenon is simply an abuse of our 14th Amendment which was designed to ensure that black Americans still recovering from slavery, were given the same rights as every other American...The lawmakers who originally passed the measure could never have envisioned a time when it would assist invaders. Nor could those same lawmakers have ever envisioned a time when the U.S. Senate would encourage and assist said invaders.

The Fourteenth Amendment was passed by Congress in 1866 and ratified by three-fourths of the states in 1868.

The portion which is now being exploited by illegal aliens reads as follows:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.â€

This is what has already bothered the pudding out of me. How can any child just born be subject to the jurisdiction of the US. They are subject to the jurisdiction of their parents who may or may not be here legally.

The illegals are not abusing it, they are just taking advantage of the traitors in DC who are intentionally abusing the 14th Amendment to help bring about One World Government.

It is a known fact that the illegal alien population is increasing primarily now through births as opposed to border crossings. This is huge because the children they're producing are considered full fledged American citizens and their numbers are increasing rapidly every year. The biggest costs to our hospitals are for illegal aliens to give birth. I don't know why some type of E-verify is not done when the illegal first seeks care weeks or months before delivering and producing an "instant" citizen!

Common sense would be to change that law. Oh yeah, our government doesn't have any.

Such common sense but then politicians don't deal with much common sense, they seem to only have agendas to further.

There is only an Executive Branch (Presidential) policy that is the opposite of what the 14th Amendment intended. The 14th Amendment discussion states "subject to the COMPLETE jurisdiction of the USA", while the Executive policy only states "subject to US jurisdiction". The COMPLETE is intentionally left out, which means all these Anchor babies have been Unconstitutionally granted US Citizenship!!

Of course the old stream media would have you believe otherwise. They and the DC traitors have intentionally done this and continue to do it to further One World Government!!

It is all part of the plan! other wise our congress would stop the madness that they call birthright citizenship!
