That's not more than 30 foot wide. Doesn't look like the fence would stop anything even if it was locked. Furthermore, it runs into a chain-link fence. My guess is the border patrol is using it as a drive through for their vehicles.

You should look at that section of Wall at night. It is well lit with a paved road. It is located in a critical part of the Border. From what I have read it has kept illegal crossings to zero or near zero. Having that gate open allows human smugglers to just drive through to the US. That section of Wall has done some good.

It took a lot of organization and donations to get that Wall built. Citizens got that Wall built, while our government couldn't.

The irony is, our Federal Government padlocked the gate open. It is the same FEDS who open those gates at night along I-10 in El Paso.

The other side of that gate is Mexico. I don't think our Border Patrol drives into Mexico. The BP stays on the US side.

The Wall at night. I could not find a short video of the Wall at night. This is 42 minutes, but it has the best video quality. I think they did a great job. You have to imagine what was there before. No wall, no road and pitch black.

I don't think Trump has even acknowledged this wall exists. I haven't heard a congratulations or good job from Trump. Trump is probably embarrassed. He should be. This section of Wall also exposes the ACLU for the slimeballs that they are.

And if the FEDS aren't going to help stop illegal immigration, they should keep their paws off the Gate.
