I'm not operating under any way!!! That is the way the system works and anyone paying attention knows that. As for catch & release ...... it's still being done in some cases. I'd be more than happy to see the laws change and a couple thousand more immigration judges in place tomorrow, but obviously that's not going to happen. Nope, ICE needs the authority to hold these folks as long as necessary, not be forced to release them back on the streets.

Nope, they need to be rapidly deported, all of them. In one shot. They don't need individual hearings. Hold mass deportation hearings. None of US want to spend one more dime on these losers. We want them out of our country. We don't want to feed them, house them, cool them, heat them, medicate them, or supervise them.

WE WANT THEM OUT OF HERE.

The things I'm telling your are facts based on reality, not my own wishes and opinions. If I had my wish, I'd twitch my nose and have them all out of here today, but unfortunately I can't have my 'own' wish and neither can you. We have to operate under the reality we're given, not fantasy land wishes.

We want them out of here and a lawsuit that says deport or release is going to result in massive rapid deportations, under this Administration, in my opinion. In fact I think they'll all be gone before this lawsuit gets its first argument, because Trump isn't releasing these people back on the streets. No way.

That WILL be a show-down all the way to the US Supreme Court.
