How many helicopters do you need to conduct surveillance of their back yard? It seems to me that you are trying to degrade our troops who are risking their lives for US defending our borders. Very peculiar.

That could very well be the only NG helicopter they've seen since the deployment. I say that because:

“It won’t affect our lives. I feel like they’re protecting the border, and I am not against it,” she said. “It’s been very peaceful, we really haven’t had any problems. But the Border Patrol help us. I didn’t see the National Guard [during the last deployment] but we feel comfortable with them, if there are some people [from Mexico] coming here to do harm.”

Honestly, I would like them to be very active and highly visible along the border ...... lock, loaded and ready for action. However, it has been made very clear to us that's not the plan.

I don't think they'll publish their battle plans.
