    Yaredt Leon Mares Accused Of Passport Fraud

    CHULA VISTA, Calif. -- A Chula Vista man is under arrest accused of passport fraud.

    Investigators with the state department and Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Yaredt Leon Mares after raiding his home in the neighborhood of Rancho Del Rey.

    Agents say they seized more than $20,000 from the house.

    The 35-year-old was booked on federal passport fraud charges.

    He will be arraigned Wednesday.
