I personally never believed that supporting the Real ID act meant anyone was "with us"

Clearer than ever now after the Lou Dobbs report on how they plan to use a new ID / Passport to allow people from Central America to freely cross our borders under the new economic "North American Community"

I went and researched the bill and could find no co-sponsors, so the first article I saw on this was incorrect apparently. I wanted to make sure of that. I could not believe he would do that. The sponsor of the bill is a Jose Serrano from NY. I apologize for jumping the gun. I have got to remind myself sometimes to STOP and RESEARCH before I get all freaked out! Sorry. I want to research this Jose Serrano and see what he is about.

However, it is still out there.

My deepest apologies to Rep. Sensenbrenner also.

Just thought yuo would like to see this so you know I DID read it! Maybe I I did not interpret it correctly. I had never heard of this site until an article was posted earlier. I won't go there again! I feel like a boob!

New Bill Could Make Bush President For Life

A House bill has been introduced that would change the 22nd amendment and enable George Bush to remain President for the rest of his political life.

The bill would repeal limitations on a President holding office for a maximum of two terms.

An even darker scenario, Arnold Schwarzenegger is elected as President in 2008 and shorty after the 22nd amendment is abolished, making the Hitler admirer our permanent Fuhrer.

This is the modern day version of the Enabling Act, which allowed Hitler to officially declare himself dictator.

JOINT RESOLUTION
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the 22nd amendment to the Constitution.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification:

`Article --

`The twenty-second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is repealed.'.

The 22nd amendment as reprinted on the FindLaw website reads as follows.

Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this Article was proposed by Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

Section 2. This Article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission to the States by the Congress.

Limitation of Presidential Terms

''By reason of the lack of a positive expression upon the subject of the tenure of the office of President, and by reason of a well-defined custom which has risen in the past that no President should have more than two terms in that office, much discussion has resulted upon this subject. Hence it is the purpose of this . . . [proposal] . . . to submit this question to the people so they, by and through the recognized processes, may express their views upon this question, and if they shall so elect, they may . . . thereby set at rest this problem.'' 1

I honestly don’t think you have anything to apologize for. This is a real issue that should not have even been thought of. Why would those who thought of this bill even want to consider something like this?

Let me get this straight. I know we all had this discussion a couple of weeks agao, but I want to make sure I am standing where I should be.

When Mr. Sensenbrenner introduced the Real ID, he sent me the message that his main concern was restricting illegals from having Driver's Licenses AND to help in regards to terrorists boarding planes, etc., correct?

Then we found out that maybe it was put forward with those purposes directed to the American people, but ACTUALLY it was introduced for other purposes, mainly open borders, and CAFTA, is that correct?

I want to decide where I stand with Mr. Sensenbrenner. I have stripped him of his title. I need to know if this is fully warranted, or if I need to give him back his title with an embarrest face next to it. As far as Real ID, I'm convinced it's bad in the long run. To me it punishes us instead of them. I want to make a decision about this guy. If I owe an apology, I want to give it. I don't which column to place him in:
GOOD for America..........or.............BAD for America. If someone has a minute, I'd appreciate it.

Relax Ohflyingone. You did a great job!!!!! Mr. Sensenbrenner has done a terrible job. He is stripped of his title, as far as I'm concerned. Mr. Sensenbrenner should not throw away any empty boxes, as election time draws near, and he will be needing them for packing his belongings so that he can head back to Wisconsin.

This bill needs to be killed and the sponsors like Sensenbrenner need to remove their names as co-sponsors. Our country has enough issues to deal with besides creating a situation where a President can serve more than two terms. In fact, I'm just about convinced they need to be restricted to 1.5.

That said, what on earth would be the purpose of introducing a bill like this now? Except to keep GW or the next President/King in office indefinitely?

This coupled with the Real ID Act which appeared to one thing but turns out to be another; the Security and Prosperity Partnership Agreement with Mexico; the recent "Pacts" between the US and Mexico concerning benefits and real estate loans for Mexican Nationals; CAFTA; what we learned about the FTAA; and the NWO/OWG plans for global rule.

Does Bush expect to be King of the Council for the Hemisphere?

HAVE THESE PEOPLE LOST THEIR MINDS?

This is like a bad dream that never ends, but which just gets worse!

These people will pay for putting us all through this ordeal....they will pay.

And another thing....what are they doing playing around doing such nonsense while we pay them, when so many serious issues need to be addressed. Is this a joke? Is their job a joke to them?!

Geez, how much longer until elections....this is getting absolutely rediculous. seriously. What are they doing, playing a game of cards and thinking up wild things to do to see how many people are awake in America????
