My daddy is a huge democrat who thinks Ted Kennedy walks on water, he is also a retired attorney in Boston. He and a few other lawyers in that area firmly believe that the birth cert is basically a moot point. If Obama was an Indonesian citizen, then his mother had to relinquish his US citizenship. Indonesia strictly prohibits duel citizenship. Obama is known to have signed government documents stating he was a citizen of Indonesia along with carrying a passport from that country. If this is proven, then the important documents would be his oath of allegiance and naturalization papers. BOTH will disqualify him from being a natural born citizen. IF he can not produce these documents, then he has fraudulently been seated as a US Senator. Citizenship is a requirement of that position. IF he can not produce naturalization papers, and he does not posses a green card (which it has been confirmed he does not) then he is actually an ILLEGAL ALIEN SUBJECT TO DEPORTATION LOL.

Obviously Obama has been flying around the world on a US Passport, I would guess this was granted based on a Hawaii birth certificate. I suppose when he lived in Indonesia he claimed to only be an Indonesian but still kept his American passport. In other words he was an illegal alien in Indonesia for falsely claiming to have sole allegiance to Indonesia!

I just know this is very murky waters. The intent of the natural born citizen clause was to insure no divided allegiances. Back when our constitution was written, there was no such animal as duel citizenship. I think, by intent if not by the letter, duel citizenship at any time disqualifies him, or anyone else with duel citizenship, from being the POTUS.

And then McCain was not born in America! Think! Has a judge ruled on McCain's birth? Think! Children born in German Hospitals to military parents are Naturalized; McCain is NATURALIZED!

And everyone is checking Obama out, good.

Why is our government doing this? What or Who are they getting ready to take over America?

Is it to break down America from the Constitution? So are we heading for the fast forward plan to join America with Mexico and Canada? Think!

No they are not naturalized, by law they are considered "natural born citizens". You don't have to be born on US soil to be considered a natural born citizen.
