GA: House bill Targeting Fake IDs Revised
House bill Targeting Fake IDs Revised

Ramsey's proposal aims to greatly help the state curb illegal immigration.
State Rep. Matt Ramsey has revised his bill targeting illegal immigration to penalize people who "willfully and fraudulently" buy and use fake identification to get a job in Georgia.
Such people can be charged with a felony --- aggravated identity fraud --- under the newly revised House Bill 87, Ramsey said Saturday in an e-mail.
Ramsey, a Republican from Peachtree City, also has added additional language to his bill, giving state and local government officials up to 30 days to move into compliance with existing state laws targeting illegal immigration before someone could sue them for violations.
The added 30-day "cure period" is meant to prevent frivolous lawsuits, Ramsey said.

Re: GA: House bill Targeting Fake IDs Revised
What's so unbelievable is that our country has to "get permission" from our politicians to enforce our laws. It shouldn't take bills to pass, it SHOULD just take THE WAY IT IS period!!! Black and white, wrong and right, but this "red tape" mentality is the whole backpeddling problem within our backstabbing government, governers, law enforcement, employers and all the crooked, twisted organizations and individuals who's agendas are against the United States. We need concrete changes now by ALL of the leaders who care about our country and our citizens!!! It is up to us citizens to do what we have to, to shut down this circus of clowns!
<div>"Diversified"*does NOT*mean invading*our Country and forcing their culture and language,**stealing jobs,*using fake ID',s, living on government benefits, and flying their flag over ours! </div>
