Only in America can a seditious senator be allowed to roam our streets free from accountability, while a law abiding citizen, such as Colorado businessman, Mr. Rick Stanley, is denied justice, and sentenced to six years in prison for defending his constitutional rights.

Mr. Stanley's miscarriage of justice stems from being sentenced for committing NO crime. When Rick Stanley admonished the judges for being in violation of their oath to uphold the law, they charged him with trying to influence a public official, and sentenced him, un constitutionally, violating his rights, and in doing so, putting every citizen of the United States in jeopardy of a criminal judiciary, out of control to administer justice. On the other hand, we have Illinois Senator, Dick Durbin, a subversionist, trying to influence Congress to his Marxist philosophy, in an egregious act of sabotage to our National security, and he is being treated as Little Lord Fauntleroy by our nauseous liberal media, and their socialist friends.

Yes, long time Clinton impeachment apologist, pacifist, and draft dodger; Senator Dick Durbin, took to the senate floor unleashing a fabled speech about known, enemy terrorist detainees, being mistreated at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, and claimed that our troops were acting like Nazi's. This insurgent senator contaminates our political system like an epidemic of HIV hovering over the body politic, as he describes the enemy combatant prisoners, who are not entitled to any provisions of the Geneva Convention, as being subjected to living conditions reminiscent of a Soviet gulag, where Pol Pot, or other evil dictators, have no concern for human beings. This self serving, pandering maggot, holds no allegiance to his country, why is he not impeached?

Many public officials are calling for an apology, but that's not good enough, it only amounts to cover so that this traitor can try to undermine our society again.

I say, bring him up on charges of sabotage, for impeding our National Security in a time of war, then ship him off to Guantanamo Bay Cuba, as the domestic terrorist that he is. Durbins disparaging remarks cited air conditioners either turned off or not working, in the terrorist cells, making the poor America hating murderers feel uncomfortable. I wonder how uncomfortable those 3,000 World Trade Center victims felt on 9 -11, when the heat reached over 2200 degrees, hot enough to melt steel. I wonder how uncomfortable Nick Berg and those other decapitated victims felt, before those radical Islamic terrorists cut off their heads, and I wonder why we tolerate treacherous politicians like Dick Durbin?

Stupid people alright, it's getting to be a universal concept that we American's are being held hostage in our own country by a band of subversionists, more befitting of idiots, than of statesmen.

American citizens are made to feel like outsiders looking in, as our public servants run a game on us, destroying our country from within. The arrogance of Senator John McCain this morning, on Meet The Press with, Tim Russert, treated us to another rendition of subornation of perjury. McCain stated with regards to Iraq, Syria needs to close it's borders to stop the terrorists from entering Iraq, but is blinded to the fact that his home state of Arizona is being overwhelmed by an invasion of illegal aliens on a daily basis, while he and his fellow hypocritical legislators, will not enforce our laws, against their oath of office.

Our porous borders are being left wide open in a time of war, against constitutional law, with only a handful of Congressmen speaking out, inspite of an out pouring of over 80% of the citizens in favor of closing our borders for National security purposes.
Our gallant president; senor Jorge Boosh, is off hob nobbing with Bono, the homo loving lead singer of U2, the Irish rock group. I surmise our retarded president thinks that Bono is a member of his old fraternity; Skull and Bones, but the truth of the matter is; Bono like so many foreigners, thinks GW is an easy mark, so he wants to extort 15 Billion tax payer dollars to fund AID's in Africa... a rip off, just like the United Nations Oil for Food scam.

I think that 15 Billion dollars can be better spent on our own troops, guarding the democracy that this administration is forcing around the globe. Fifteen billion tax dollars could purchase a lot of armor plating and other supplies to protect our troops, in this war which nobody seems to have an answer for what it's about.

We can also use some of those tax payer dollars for fighting AID's in Congress, being that so many of our legislators seem to have been afflicted with dementia of the brain. They can no longer function in the best interest of our society, therefore they are not fit to hold public office.

They are confused, so the only viable solution to end this confusion and set the people free in their own country, would be to vote each and every one of these despicable, anti American, misfit vermin, out of office, so they can never tread on our liberty again.

After an hour of searching, I have come across nothing, that specifically states what RS did. Can someone enlighten me, because at this point, his website has worn my patience thin. What did he say, or do, that got him knocked?

They forgot to pluralize "seditious senators" in the article. There is certainly more than one senator that fits the description of being seditious.

Whats with all the lefties thinking everyone at Gutanamo Bay is a peaceful innocent person? If they are there it means they were caught fighting against OUR soldiers in support of evil madman Osama Bin Laden and his Al Qaeda and Taliban terrorist scum. We have released people from Gitmo only to capture them again after a battle somewhere.
