This past week, I attended a meeting in Denver, Colorado featuring Michael Brownlee, a speaker on the fastest growing organization in the 21st century. Oil has dropped to the $50 range so this article is way off base.

Americans have become ignorant of the idea that the lifestyle we lead today may change radically for the worst. Perhaps, this Thanksgiving Day we should start to think about how to survive without I-Pods, TVs, cell phones and try to live without plastic (a product of petroleum) or at least recycle the plastics we do run across. What worries me most is not only running out of food, but running out of water to grow that food. What we don't need is more pressure on our resources from the no-speak-English crowd that either came illegally or those that overstayed their visas. We need to get rid of all of them and see what we have left of our resources.

The world knows the Americans are getting sick of helping everyone in the world and being dumped on by the corporation and etc......

People are marveling at how cheap gas is now. They act like they think it will stay that way for a while. It will go up, Im thinking as soon as Barackula gets in office. Wait, maybe he alredy is - he sure acts like it.

The key to all of this is population, the world can not sustain an ever growing economy with finite resourses, we're looking at an entropic collapse. This whole thing reminds me of a movie i seen called soylent green long ago This is one of the reasons im a devout isolationist, our country should not share the same fate as countries like India, China , mexico whose populations are outta control.

On the news yesterday a NY representative was suggesting putting 40 cent tax on gas to increase revenue. The reporter said do you think this will happen just in NY or across the country. He suggested it should be countrywide and fazed in over 5 years.

Americans never get a break.

The world CANNOT FEED 10 BILLION people.

And the water shortage in here, already.

And the mass population into the developed world is out of control.

Americans, we are going to be destroyed if we are not careful.

Back in June when oil was over $100 a barrel and gas was over $4.50 a gallon geniuses were predicting $200 oil and $6.00 gas by the end of the year. Oil is now in the $50 range and gas is below $2.00 in most places, so where are all of those guessing genesises now? Lets face it. Most people don't have a clue what they are talking about, nor do our politicians.
