The open borders crowd is getting more aggressive, recruiting hundreds of moonbats to help illegal immigrants enter the United States.

A surge in the number of volunteers fanning out across Arizona’s southern deserts to aid illegal immigrants is expected this summer.

The increase comes despite the ongoing prosecution of two volunteers arrested last summer on federal charges they intentionally conspired to transport illegal entrants, leaders of illegal immigrant aid groups said.

Shanti A. Sellz and Daniel M. Strauss, both 24, were arrested as they drove illegal entrants to a clinic on July 9 and face trial in October.

Leaders of two faith-based groups, No More Deaths and Samaritan Patrol, say they’ve signed up hundreds of volunteers to deliver food, water and medical aid to migrants illegally walking into the country from Mexico. No More Deaths alone has 500 registered volunteers, up from 300 last summer.

A third group, Humane Borders, puts water tanks in areas frequented by illegal migrants.

Yikes, have these people all lost their ever loving minds? Why would they want to overpopulate, overtax their country's resources like this? Do you suppose there has been a subliminal message placed in a TV add that has taken over half our country, yet didn't work on the rest of us here? I say this as a joke, yet who knows?

Maybe we should get all the do-gooders that encourage this and round them up with the illegals and they can go back to mexico and fix it's problems instead of creating a fiasco here.

Moonbats helping to get illegals over the border? What are you kidding me? Sounds like all the Jane Fonda's of the country are doing their usual stupid things. We cannot let these liberal bleeding hearts give away our country. I would personally like to send all of them to the front lines in Iraq, then maybe they would see the ramifications of what they are doing. You want to take action liberals, then show what you are really made of defend our country.

Seliz and Strauss were being advised by a Mexican ex military officer and Communist named Juan Lindau who now works as a Latin American Studies professor at their college.
