I'm surprised their site hasn't crashed.

"Now the national spotlight is focused squarely on Arizona," Gutierrez said in a statement. "People from all over the country are making their way to Phoenix to stand up with and stand up for immigrants and Latinos in the state."
How DARE he interfere with another's states lawful process!! I hope he gets arrested for disorderly conduct. I also pray for the safety of the officers who have to control the demonstration. We've seen many a film on YouTube showing how violent and threatening the open borders crowd -become when they don't get their way.

I wish I could have been a fly on Luis Guitierez' wall when this was signed. I'll bet the veins on his neck stood out even further than usual.

"The U.S. Constitution says the federal government shall protect states from foreign invasion," Sen. Ron Gould, R-Lake Havasu City, said. "The federal government has not done that. People are being attacked. . . . Arizona needs to act."
The federal government has done NOTHING TO ENFORCE OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS. Our federal government has allowed the INVASION of illegal aliens and even offered them sanctuary in cities accross America. Finally states are acting alone to protect its citizens and our sovereighnty. Thank you Gov Brewer of Arizona!

where is this debate comming from

the immigration laws in place have been working for several decades, what is the reasoning for changing them? the ones protesting them are the one violating them. Arizona had the guts to take this issue on and resolve it. the problem is the two republican senators Kyl and Mccain (rinos in the flesh) are ignoring their constituants demands that this state finally be protected from the criminals crossing the borders. the YUMA sector office of the border patrol has reported that illegals enter this country from 62 different countries and many of those are european countries, not just the ones to our south. We arizonans are tired of mexico emptying its jails and forcing those criminals across our border. We are tired of our local hospitals going bankrupt taking care of illegal new borns and the anchor baby syndrome and trying to track down juan whos name changes to jose upon discharge from the hospital so he can not be tracked for billing. We are tired of the enormus strain on our state resources to feed clothe and school the entire families of illegals. dont just get out get the hell out. and remember to burn mccain and kyl for their support of illegal aliens in the next election. Mccain and Kyl are the cosponsors of the immigration reform bill now in congress. do not let them off the hook.

I personally am very pleased with the progress arizona has made in the last few months since janet napolitano has been replaced by Jan brewer, we now have the castle doctrine for self defense of home and vehicle, we have the full use of the second amendment by the just signed no permit required for consealed carry and now real action on the illegal immigration problem. Now if we can just get rid of Mccain and Kyl the imbarressing rinos. some of you may remember that the kennedy kyl amnesty bill was originally kennedy mccain before mccain entered the race for president. now since kennedy died the bill is called the mccain kyl bill so dont let the one poster that claims mccain supports the immigration law fool you. Mccain is pro illegal immigrant and always has been. J D hayworth is the man to elect. some of you may recall that janet napolitano was an assistant to janet reno durring the WACO crimes.
