Acambaro Faces $400K In Federal Fines

ROGERS, Ark. -- The owners of a northwest Arkansas restaurant chain have pleaded guilty to federal charges of employing illegal immigrants.
Acambaro executive Arturo Reyes appeared in court on behalf of the company and admitted that managers knowingly hired illegal immigrants at their restaurants.
In the plea agreement, the company will forfeit $400,000 to the federal government.
Former Acambaro employees Arturo Reyes Jr. and Armando Reyes pleaded guilty to charges of hiring illegal workers. They could face six months in prison and possible deportation.

They should make any employer who hires illegals to forfeit their business license for 10 years and to cease all operations.
