If you cannot speak english then it is a pretty good bet you are illegal as those who become citizens must be able to speak english.

They can arrest me if they want but I will ask anyone who does works for me if they have any illegals on their staff.If so its adios amigos..............

ASKING IMMIGRATION STATUS IS NOT RACIAL PROFILING. ILLEGALS IMMIGRANTS COME IN EVERY COLOR AND NATIONALITY. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK IMMIGRATION STATUS. WE NOT ONLY HAVE THE RIGHT, BUT THE RESPONSIBILITY. IT IS NOT SAFE TO HAVE PEOPLE IN OUR COUNTRY WHO'S IDENTITY IS NOT CLEAR.

If everyone is asked the same question....even little old grandmas...then it would not be profiling....I am a citizen and I will GLADLY show my ID...
It is only the ones who don't have any that are upset with this...

Well then ask everyone and it won't be racial profiling then, you can ask me I could care less. all citizens should have an Id anyway, if they don't have one got get it!!
