NEAR SAN MIGUEL, AZ (KOLD) - The FBI is investigating a confrontation at the Arizona-Mexico border, involving Border Patrol agents and suspected illegal immigrants.

It happened on reservation land, near San Miguel -- about 40 miles west of Nogales.

The Border Patrol says at least two agents shot the suspected illegal immigrants, after getting hit by rocks.

The suspected immigrants have been taken to University Medical Center.

None of the injuries is expected to be serious.

Keep us posted on this Jean. I think Border Patrol agents should shoot if border crossers threaten agents in any way, shape or form. You think a US citizen that threw rocks at a Police Officer wouldn't be shot? Damn right we would be. Equal protection under the law means equal treatment under the law.

Once the immigration attornies get gone, there will be a lawsuit demanding money and instant permanent green card.

Green card? Pffft! You mean instant CITIZENSHIP plus the right to import thousands of their "relatives." whom all will receive the BEST America has to offer!

In Arizona under that senario the use or threat of deadly force would be authorized under the law. Rocks can cause serious bodily injury or even death and the agents being law enforcement don't have a duty to retreat because their jobs require that they attempt to arrest these two subjects foe felony assault on a federal agent. Kudos to them and let them publish this BIG TIME in the Mexican newspaper for all to read and take notice!!! America is fighting back with justification and we don't throw rocks...we throw lead...45 ACP or 40 Caliber lead!!!

Absolutely!

i see no problem with self defense.
however we all know the mexican consulate and government wont see it as that, they will see if as their people being stopped from what they want

Yep .. but you know what? The Mexican government has been rather quiet since its big splash in our US House of Representatives hasn't it?

I hope they see the MSNBC poll that was posted on ALIPAC today that shows 95.7% of almost 650,000 voters in the poll support the AZ immigration bill and think it's a "good idea".

well they did make a stink about the guy on drugs getting tasered about ten days ago. they said BP used excessive force

Oh that's right, they did make a statement about that, didn't they? How would they know what was excessive force or not since they weren't there? I'm opposed to police tasers but if police officers can use them on citizens, then they can use them on illegal aliens.
