03-29-2010, 11:25 AM #31Yep ... I mean what other reason could there be? And people need to consider what type of candidate or politician you have when they want votes from foreign nationals who have broken every law on the books to come here, stay here, work here and live here.

Slain Arizona rancher was pillar of community
Mar. 28, 2010 08:03 AM
Associated Press
DOUGLAS — A prominent rancher was found shot to death on his land in the southeast corner of Arizona, authorities said.
The body of Robert Krentz, 58, was located before midnight Saturday on his ranch about 35 miles northeast of Douglas, Cochise County Sheriff's spokeswoman Carol Capas said.
She said Sunday that an investigation was under way and declined say if anyone was suspected in the death or provide any other details of the killing.
U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, whose 8th district encompasses Cochise County, described Krentz as a pillar of the ranching community who was recently inducted into the Arizona Farming and Ranching Hall of Fame.
Giffords called for a swift response from authorities and said the killing was a "sobering reminder of the threats to public safety that exist in our border communities."
"If, as suspected, this tragedy was connected to smugglers or drug cartels, the federal government must respond appropriately," said Giffords, whose 8th Congressional District includes 114 miles of international border.
U.S. Border Patrol spokesman Omar Candelaria told the The Arizona Daily Star that if Krentz's killing was tied to such border crime it would be a first for the area, to his recollection.

Ariz. Rancher Found Dead On Property
Murder Prompts Minutemen Member To Call For U.S. Troops Along Border

DOUGLAS, Ariz. -- The Cochise County Sheriff's Office is investigating the shooting death of a prominent southern Arizona rancher.
The body of Robert Krentz, 58, was found before midnight Saturday on his ranch about 35 miles northeast of Douglas, said sheriff's spokeswoman Carol Capas.
The Cochise County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death but have not released any information surrounding the search for the person or people responsible. The U.S. Border Patrol is also helping.
"There's a war going on in Mexico and its spilling across our borders," minutemen member Chris Simcox said.
"He's always been a humanitarian. He always gives water and food to the people he finds in distress which seems to be the case last night and he called his wife and said he was giving some water to illegals and said to call border patrol and she tried to call him back and he never answered his phone and they found him last night shot to death -- he and his dog," Simcox said.
Simcox said the news was upsetting but not a surprise.
"He's been working with border patrol for years, begging and pleading for help with his property being vandalized and his home being robbed," Simcox said.
Krentz's death comes on the heels of an announcement earlier this week the national minutemen group was breaking up, leaving splinter cell groups in an "every man for himself" fight against illegal immigrants.
"It's reach critical proportions down there where we can't guarantee now that we're not going to come across these drug mules or an armed individual and have to defend ourselves and the national organization is not willing to take responsibility for that anymore," Simcox said.
Simcox said there are still people on the border, ready to defend the country and themselves against anyone who poses a threat.
"We're capturing heavily-armed drug mules carrying AK-47s and MAC-10s on U.S. soil; that's an act of terrorism," Simcox said.

Douglas ranchers shocked over Rob Krentz death
Douglas - The brutal death of 59-year-old Rob Krentz, a long time rancher, is leaving the ranching community in shock and very upset.
The Cochise County Sheriffs office, friends and family did everything they could to find Rob Saturday.
"We launched our search and rescue team and their were a lot of people looking for Robert," said Sheriff Larry Dever.
But it was too late, and now Krentz's neighbors and friends say they want answers.
"We lost a dear friend we lost a dear neighbor but even more tragically than that, I believe our country has lost today. It's one life," said Tammy Smith.
Local ranchers say they had a feeling something like this would eventually happen. So now they are asking for a change when it comes to ranchers safety.
"Its up to us ordinary ranching community, working community to step up and start making a difference. This isn't just about the Krentz's family and their loss and our loss, its about our countries loss," said Smith.
Officials wont release what type of weapon was used in Krentz's death, but they do say they're looking for those responsible.

Unfortunatly there are some illegal aliens that will hurt or kill anybody that is nice to them and then they just laugh"He's always been a humanitarian. He always gives water and food to the people he finds in distress which seems to be the case last night and he called his wife and said he was giving some water to illegals and said to call border patrol and she tried to call him back and he never answered his phone and they found him last night shot to death -- he and his dog," Simcox said.
because they have no respect for any laws or anybody's rights, but they demand to get rights for themselves that they are not entitled to.
No Amnesty! An average of 25 Americans are killed every day by illegal alien criminals that have no right to be here.
