If anyone can get in touch with someone in AZ that argues on our side, have them look up the Native Americans and the 14th. The Natives were denied citizenship based on the 14th even though they were born on US soil. That should be the main precedent since it happened at the same time the 14th was set up.

It was said that Natives did NOT fall under US Jurisdiction because their first loyalty was to their Tribal counsel, just like illegals first loyalty is to their country and not the US.

40 other states are working on bills to stop the birthright citizenship, they'll be coming out soon. AZ is just the first of a big arse stack of dominoes.

Senator Pearce who is the president of the AZ senate and the writer of SB 1070 has been arguing that fact for God knows how long.

I think I can answer your question quite easily Thedramaofmylife.

Those people have no respect for the laws of this Country nor do they understand what committing crime is. All they care about is their wants and needs, and they will perform any of crime to gain what they are seeking to better their lives and to achieve which ever goals they are trying to accomplish, although they cause millions of Americans to suffer greatly, due to their fraud and criminal activities. If those people who supports illegal immigration really knew what they are supporting they would not be making such silly and insane decisions. Maybe someday they or one of their family members will fall victim to an illegal immigrant and they will understand why majority of citizens are struggling in every way possible to have undocumented aliens removed out of this Country.

I COULDN'T AGREE WITH YOU MORE sugarhighwolf. our government knows this and yet they still go ahead and give their kids citizenship. are they blind to the fact that the illegals from Mexico are marching in the streets of the U.S.A. while they are carrying and waving the Mexican flag are they blind to the fact that they also disrespect the American flag "I DON'T THINK SO" because anything these people want to do in this country is A-OK with our dumbed down government
