03-24-2009, 12:31 PM #11Onyango has lost several attempts to fight deportation, said immigration court spokeswoman Elaine Komis. In 2003, a judge ordered her to leave the country, and she lost on appeal. She tried again, but an immigration judge ordered her deported in October 2004.
Zeituni Onyango has been ordered to deport on two separate occasions, yet she is still walking our streets freely. Why hasn't she been forced deported?"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

i would think that any relative of this president back home in kenya would be given the treatment of a king or queen since obama is the leader now.
Things have gotten better in Kenya because of this, so there is no reason for the lady to continue to live in government housing, at government expense.
GO HOME auntie. Now

Kenyans of all tribes are hoping for an improvement in their lives as a result from more American tourism due to the Obama election. Aunt Zeituni would be welcomed back by more than just her tribe the Luos.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Press and Public barred from Obama's illegal alien welfare a
ACTION ALERT: write/call to deportation Judge to kick Obama's crooked aunt out of the USA(Kick Zeituni's patootie out!) -they closed the hearing on 4/1/2009 so the fix is in. Web Search"Back in Boston, Obama's aunt fighting deportation".The same judge ordered her deported on 4/16/2003 and 8/11/2003. She refused to leave and went into hiding. She has used false identification, voted in elections, contributed to elections and has received free housing and medical care in the $100,000's. And is now saying she wants aslyum because to be sent back she will be harmed. What a lie, OBama is a hero in Kenya and she has many other relatives there and around the world who are not harmed/afraid.

ALIENS AND FELONS VOTING IN U.S. ELECTIONS
1. Aliens voting in U.S. elections will have their future citizenship revoked and
are inadmissible into the U.S. for any visas including work visas. INA 212(a)(10)(D)
2. Felons are ineligible to vote in U.S. elections. This is a violation of their probation and will count as a third strike for life imprisonment.
3. Citizens, and public officials are required by law to report election violations to local, state and federal police and election officials.
The consequence for an alien found inadmissible in a removal proceeding is that the alien is not admissible to the United States for 5 years from the date of removal. (INA § 212(a)(9)(A)(i)). If the alien was ordered removed after a removal hearing, he or she is not admissible to the United States for 10 years. I'm willing to bet that Obama will come in at the last minute and save his aunt. Then again, she is on welfare and Obama is rich and he still didn't help her so who knows. She needs to be deported ASAP.

Obama can give her enough of his own $$$$ and let her be deported. Anything less will be political suicide for him.
