There is a chance that the entire hullabaloo over Obama's citizenship status is a sting engineered by Attorney Phil Berg. Today or tomorrow we may see Barack Obama visit a Hawaiian Hospital and emerge to show the awaiting press his certified birth certificate. If he does, he will emerge as a victim of false smears by right win bloggers.

Remember, Berg is a former, and possibly present, Democrat Party official.

That's one theory. Another, that since Berg was described as a Hillary supporter, perhaps she hasn't let go of her hopes ..... Who knows?

He still has to prove that he did not renounce his natural born status when he change it to Indonesia!!!!!!! Don't focus on just the BC it is trivial if he became and Indonesian citizen which school records prove that he is still ineligible!!!!!!!

Interestingly, his Indonesian school records list him as being born in Hawaii. Of course, he was back in the US by the age of 10, to be raised by his grandparents.

PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANTS, BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA and THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE

This motion argues that the facts have been established that Barack Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be elected or serve as President of the United States, and that the Court should issue a summary judgment as follows:

* That Barack Hussein Obama a/k/a Barry Hussein Obama a/k/a Barack Dunham a/k/a Barry Dunham a/k/a Barack Soetoro a/k/a Barry Soetoro is not a “natural bornâ€

Heard Berg was on Michael Savage radio as well as G. Gordon Liddy. Someone also said Hannity might have the story soon on his show.

Two key things... Hon. Surrick is a Republican installed late in the Clinton years. Offered up as a 5:1 trade no doubt.

Savage cleared the lines for any caller to prove Mr. Berg is lying... after a 3 minute commercial break no one cared to take him up on that proposition.
