Two East Naples men arrested on cocaine charges

Two East Naples men were arrested Saturday in what Collier County sheriff’s deputies are calling a focused gang enforcement operation.

Erik Otero Ramirez, 22, and Efrain Ochoa Ramirez, 23, both of 3131 U.S. 41 E., No. 25, were arrested Saturday at their home. An arrest report indicates that deputies had gathered field interviews and intelligence reports about the area, which was called “a known gang location.â€
