Republicans, you must advance Steve King's bill to end automatic birthright citizenship to children of illegal aliens and do it now. This has been a stupid and dangerous policy, absent law, based on some ignorant clerk's wrongful interpretation of the 14th amendment, the purpose of which was never to grant citizenship to children of people in our country in violation of US immigration law. So this lawless unconstitutional practice must be stopped and stopped by statute.
