    Seeing ashe'sbeen deported3 times already, he needs to be charged with a felony! Drugs, felon with a gun, assault???? If they just turn him loose in Mexico he'll be right back!

    "The admitted gang member is being presented for prosecution, and will be formally removed from the United States."

    This statement means that he will be prosecuted. It is a felony for a convicted felon who has been deported to re-enter the U.S.
    If convicted he will do prison time and at the end of his sentence he will then be deported.
    NO AMNESTY
