Border Patrol, ICE agents take several people into custody in El Paso's Lower Valley

EL PASO, Texas - Federal agents are conducting an "enforcement operation" as part of an ongoing investigation in the Lower Valley, a spokesperson with Immigration and Customs Enforcement told ABC-7.

The operation us underway at an apartment complex on the 10500 block of Alameda near Socorro.

Border Patrol and ICE agents are at the scene taking several persons into custody.

ABC-7 is working to learn more about the operation.
