Border Patrol Assists Louisiana Police, 29 Aliens Arrested

Lake Charles, La. - Louisiana State Police officers contacted the Lake Charles, La. Border Patrol station requesting assistance in translating for 31 Spanish speaking subjects at a worksite in Lake Charles. The Louisiana State Police was searching for a fugitive wanted in Texas for homicide.

During the joint investigation it was determined that the wanted subject was not among the group, but 29 of the individuals were illegally present in the United States. The subjects were taken into Border Patrol custody and transported to the Lake Charles Border Patrol station for processing.

During criminal history and fingerprint checks, one of the detainees was found to have an outstanding felony warrant for driving under the influence out of Dallas.

The subject with the warrant was turned over to the Louisiana State Police pending extradition to Dallas. The remaining subjects were processed for detention and removal.

This is another example of how the Border Patrol works closely with state and local agencies protecting communities and the nation’s borders.

I hear the people in LA are getting really angry over illegals taking construction jobs after the Hurricane. A lot of people could be working that are out of work right now, even in CA.

This is why I keep saying all those jobs arising from the proposed stimulus package will be taken by or given to illegal aliens. Obama will stop all raids, enforcement actions and will be pressured by Pelosi, Reid, Menendez and other piles of Congressional turd to let e-verify die so illegal aliens can get those jobs. We constantly hear illegal aliens who have lost jobs saying they will stick around because they know they will be hired for any stimulus jobs because they also know there won't be any e-verification of social security numbers, other documentation and immigration status. Illegal aliens are employed in post Katrina and Ike reconstruction jobs. Nothing is being done to stop that crap. However the open borders reconquistas masqueraiding as representatives of the American people are protesting raids, e-verify and other enforcement measures to make it easier for illegal aliens to steal our identities and take more jobs from Americans. Many illegal aliens are awaiting amnesty but are in for a rude awakening if they think they will have any chance at any of those jobs as employers will let them go because they will fall under EEOC guidelines and have collective bargaining rights, thus employers will continue to hire cheap labor flooding across the border. The stimuli and bailouts are not meant for unemployed Americans but only to encourge more cheap illegal alien labor to pour into this country to perpetuate the open borders agenda.I have said and continue to say this government does not give a horse's posterior about Americans struggling to survive in a dying job market resulting in loss of homes and healthcare. This "government" cares only about cheap labor for they and their corporate masters, illegal alien votes to maintain their places at the table of power and to hell with the American people, our sovereignty and way of life.

We need to hit hard on any stimulus package for construction of infrastructure etc., that the American citizen is to be hired and that E-Verify MUST be used by any company wanting those federal funds.
