    I feel so much more secure that there are signs posted declaring 3,500 acres of refuge off-limits, but I have to ask who obey these signs except honest, law-abiding citizens. I doubt the criminally-minded, literate or illiterate will respect them.
    Also, it seems that government, whatever agency is facing a problem, is hell-bent on building a nice government building. A nice use of my tax dollars. Well, at least they are building it in this country.
