U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he will seek votes by the end of the year on proposals to let some children of illegal immigrants gain legal status and to repeal the ban on gays serving openly in the military.

Both proposals were blocked by Senate Republicans in September when Reid sought to include them in a $726 billion defense bill. The Nevada Democrat said he will introduce the immigration bill separately during Congress’s lame-duck session, and bring up the repeal of “don’t ask, don’t tellâ€

Anyone who supports the Dream Act needs the boot in 2012 or as soon as their term comes up. We need a Constitutional Amendment to remove any power of Congress, Courts or Executive Branch to permit any person in our country illegally to remain in the country or to permit any person to enter our country to study, work, or reside without the consent of the states where such activity is to occur. Period.

States would then need to amend their Constitutions accordingly to put the approval of such new entries into their state on the ballot for the voters in that state to approve.

American citizens are being forced to open their borders and forfeit their jobs and wages, college educations, public services and tax dollars for the benefit of foreign nationals. This is wrong.

Most Americans are supportive of some level of legal immigration. But 1,300,000 green cards a year? Plus 200,000 to 300,000 H1b and H2b visas every year on top of that? Plus 1,000,000 AG Visas every year on top of that? Plus almost 700,000 F-1 student visas every year on top of that? Plus 2 to 4 million more illegal aliens every year on top on that? This is insanity ... sheer madness.

And it must be stopped. The people have to regain control of immigration at the ballot box every 2 years through the states, not through wackos and bimbos in Congress or any moron in the White House or goofball on a Court Bench who think more of a foreign worker than an American Worker and cares more about a foreign student than an American Student.

Absolutely, immigration2009. It's really is just that simple. I would only add that any Republican who supports any law or program that allows or encourages illegal aliens to remain in the country needs to be voted out as well.

We have to stop the Dream Act. And we have to vote all the Democrats out because they all support illegal aliens. It is time to stop illegal immigration. On Nov 2nd 2010 Americans voted out the Democrats because Americans are sick and tired of illegal aliens. Let's do the same next election. We do not need the Democrats. We have to clean the US Congress and the White House.

Americans do not want amnesty. Just deport all illegal aliens. And let's vote all the Democrats out in 2012. And replace Obama in 2012.
