I'm content with the SC decision even though lethal injection is too good for this scumbag. Medellin and his gang are just pure evil.

I hope he remembers his evil laughing and bragging about having "Virgin Blood" on his underwear just when they inject the drugs.

I see reports on the net that Gov Perry is going to be making an announcement?
I certainly hope he goes through with this. Nothing standing in his way now.
Maybe the announcement is to tell us that Jose the little-girl-rapist/murderer is dead. The flag flies at half-mast out of grief for the death of my beautiful, formerly-free America. May God have mercy on your souls.

This utterly despicable piece of illegal alien scum should have been executed years ago. These two beautiful American girls died because our government does not have the **** to enforce our immigration laws for fear it might 'offend' our neighbors to the south. Nothing please me more than watching the great State of Texas tell Mexico to go take a flying leap.

It's done:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080806/...as_execution_5
HUNTSVILLE, Texas - Texas has executed Mexican-born condemned prisoner Jose Medellin for the rape and murder of two teenage girls 15 years ago.
The state carried out the execution late Tuesday night after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected his request for a reprieve in a split vote.
The 33-year-old Medellin had claimed he was denied treaty-guaranteed help from the Mexican consulate when he was arrested.
Texas authorities say he never invoked his consular rights until four years after he was arrested. By then, he had been convicted and condemned for participating in the attack on 16-year-old Elizabeth Pena and 14-year-old Jennifer Ertman. The flag flies at half-mast out of grief for the death of my beautiful, formerly-free America. May God have mercy on your souls.

It is hard to imagine the cruelty of these crimes, and what evil lies within human beings that would cause them to violate another so savagely.

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
