    BUSH IS LYING ABOUT THIS. HE HAS SIGNED IT. I BET HE HAS SIGNED IT. HE JUST WANTS US TO SHUT UP SO HE CAN MOVE IT FORWARD. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THEY MET TO SIGN THIS. IT ISNT AS THOUGH IT DOESNT EXIST. THEY HAVE A WEB SITE DEDICATED TO IT, FCOL. THEY THINK JUST BECAUSE THEY TELL US SOMETHING THAT WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BELIEVE IT.

    MYTHS AND FACTS....LMAO. THEY ARE GOOD AT SWITCHING THOSE BACK AND FORTH AT THEIR CONVENIENCE.
