    ZAVALA I

    EXCELLENT NEWS!!!

On January 21, 2011, plaintiffs received a letter from the United States Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) stating that it has decided to act favorably on the petitions of Petr Zednik and Teresa Jaros to reenter the United States in order to appear as plaintiffs against Wal-Mart at a trial by jury that will be scheduled soon by the Court in this case. This is wonderful news!!!

On behalf of Mr. Zednik and Ms. Jaros, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the following people:

the Consulate of the Republic of Poland

the Consulate of the Czech Republic

Rev. Winnie Varghese, Priest-in-Charge of St. Mark’s Church-in-the Bowery

    the Global Workers Justice Alliance.

You have helped move these exploited migrant workers one step closer to justice!!
You should be proud of yourselves!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

    ZAVALA II

On January 21, 2011, plaintiffs filed their opposition to Wal-Mart’s motion to dismiss. So far 47 named plaintiffs have joined this new lawsuit which was made necessary by the Court’s June 25, 2010 decision to decertify the class in the collective action. We may be required to have 47 separate jury trials, but we will be ready. Do more individuals wish to join?

    ZAVALA I

    GOOD NEWS!

In papers filed in opposition to the Motions of Petr Zednik and Teresa Jaros for Partial Summary Judgment and to Adjourn the Trial Date of November 29, 2010, Wal-Mart DID NOT FILE ANY NEW SWORN STATEMENTS TO CONTRADICT PLAINTIFFS’ SWORN STATEMENTS, and references only a May, 2004 declaration from Jared Bowen, a former Wal-Mart executive whom Wal-Mart fired a year later.

WAL-MART HAS NOW FAILED TO CHALLENGE ANY OF THE SWORN STATEMENTS IN OUR CASE, INCLUDING PLAINTIFFS’ SERIOUS SWORN STATEMENTS THAT WAL-MART ENGAGED IN A CONSPIRACY TO LAUNDER (i.e., ATTEMPT TO CONCEAL) NUMEROUS PAYMENTS TOTALING OVER $100 MILLION DOLLARS TO CONTINUE FOR YEARS ITS SCHEME OF EXPLOITING JANITORS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES.

Wal-Mart fired Bowen on March 30, 2005, stating for its reason “a general lack of confidenceâ€

Can we petition the Global Workers Alliance to have them take back all their workers that are here illegally? They seem to want to stick their noses in our business. Lets call on them to get mexico to require all mexicans here in the USA to come back to mexico.

I think that would be a wonderful idea Bill.
The United States has far too many leaders, when we the people only voted for chosen leaders to lead this Country in a proper and legal manner. Even businessmen have began to express their views too much about what is good for the U.S. and that need to be ceased, due to the fact most of them are the reason this Country have so much corruptions, illegal employments.
