CA:9 arrested after fight with police during party
Gang fights seem to be on the sharp increase in the Valley. I would hate to be a police officer when dealing with people like this! But God Bless them for doing it!

Several people attacked Bakersfield police officers who were called to a party of about 100 people where a large fight broke out, police said Sunday.
Officers were called to the backyard of a home in the 300 block of Kincaid Street at about 11 p.m. Saturday to deal with a gang fight involving 10 to 20 suspects who had firearms, according to Lt. Mike Cantrell.
One suspect yelled at the crowd to attack officers, and another released a pit bull, which was later shot and killed, at them, according to a BPD news release. Others hit officers with poles and beer bottles.
Officer Patrick Mara was hit in the head with a beer bottle and momentarily knocked unconscious, Cantrell said. Mara was evaluated to make sure he was OK, and did not need to be hospitalized.
Seven adults and two juveniles were arrested. According to a BPD news release, they were:
Dagoberto Amaya, 34, of Bakersfield, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer and gang participation. Officers said he hit Mara.
Vladimir Marvin Bonilla, 19, of Bakersfield, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, felony resisting, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana for sale.
Arturo Donald Campos, 18, of Bakersfield, on suspicion of felony resisting, battery on a peace officer, public intoxication and inciting to riot. Officers said Campos yelled at the crowd to attack officers.
Marco Antonio Vargas, 32, of Bakersfield, on suspicion of felony resisting arrest and public intoxication. Officers said Vargas released the pit bull on officers and went toward officers with a pole.
Eduardo Luivano, 20, of Bakersfield, on suspicion of resisting arrest, battery on an officer and public intoxication.
Emmanuel Ivan Cardona, 19, of Bakersfield, on suspicion of battery on a peace officer, resisting arrest and public intoxication.
Neysa Sanchez, 21, of Bakersfield, on suspicion of obstructing or delaying an investigation. Officers said she physically interfered with officers who were trying to arrest other people.
Two teens, ages 16 and 17.
The adults were booked into Kern County Jail and the juveniles at Juvenile Hall.

Turn these slimeballs over to immigration. Quit wasting our time arresting them and then letting them bail out.

Looks like going by their ages all but 2 of these could have applied for the dream act.
That is a real scary thought.Illegal, or unlawful, is used to describe something that is prohibited or not authorized by law
