    Hey, I lost my place in the forum where you and 2ndamendsis were trying to find the discussion group "solutions".

    The link is above and your idea about TAXING the wiring of this money is a good one. Of course I'm a hard-nose and think we should "confiscate" it under RICO laws.

    But taxing the heck out of it until that can be figured out is a very good idea! Easy to implement also, because local governments LOVE new revenue schemes.
