A law enforcement officer does not have the ability to pick and choose what laws to enforce! The San Diego police need to go back and read the oath they were sworn in on. Choosing what laws to enforce and not enforce is corruption and politics. There needs to be a federal investigation into Capt Rosarios department and the city of San Diego.

San Diego observes a sanctuary policy for illegal aliens similar to Los Angeles' "Special Order 40", which prohibit law-enforcement from inquiring about a suspect's immigration status "in order to encourage them to report on crimes that they witness to the police, without fear of being deported". Or so this is how this faulty logic goes.

But the activities in McGonicle Canyon expose a glaring weakness in sanctuary policies: A few years ago, John Monti, concerned about all of the filthy activities that were going on in the Canyon, decided to film and document some of the activities. When some of the illegal migrants noticed him, they attacked John! Then later on, these same illegal campers tried to claim that John attacked them first!

Hey, what do these illegal migrants have to lose by making such an outrageous & frivolous claim? They're already protected by a sanctuary policy that "encourages" them to "report crimes to the police without fear of deportation" !

Thank God and Uncle Sam that Monti was eventually found innocent of the frivolous assault claims.

Perhaps the jury just wasn't swayed that the American holding a large camera would be the first to start a fight, especially when he was outnumbered 8 to 1.

I found a video on YouTube from a couple of years ago, where Radio Host Roger Hedgecock grills the San Diego City Attorney Michael Aguirre on pursuing a prosecution of John Monti without sufficient evidence, while hiding other critical evidence:

Hopefully these "prostitutes" aren't the 12-14 year olds I've seen. 12 is the age of consent in Mexico ... convenient huh? SICK!!! The girls are kidnapped from their families and are dress like school kids with backpacks. In the backpacks are the outfits to wear. They lay on ripped up garbage bags. and they, in the case I saw a video of, had to service all the farmer hands on their breaks.

I could puke thinking of those poor kids.
