They are Speaking Out Against the Day Laborers
ORANGE, June 16, 2007 (CNS) - Locally in Orange County, about 50 illegal immigration opponents surrounded the ACLU office to protest the group's lawsuit against the City of Lake Forest.

The American Civil Liberties Union is suing the city, allegedly that it infringed on day workers' right to free speech by enforcing a law that prohibits people from standing on sidewalks to solicit work.

The city has since repealed the solicitation ordinance that the lawsuit challenged, but the ACLU continues to pursue the suit in court.

Protestors spoke out against the day laborers, claiming they threatened their quality of life.

A spokesman for the ACLU said the protestors had the right to voice their opinions.

It's about time someone shamed the supposed aclu in public. They should be ashamed. They're about as American as Hitler.
