    Re ti Mickey Looking at that picture I can say without a doubt...my dogs could get past it. Looks like a dog pen. Illegals have wire cutters too. 5 minutes or less and they can cut a hole big enough you can dribe a drug loaded 18 wheeler through it...and they no doubt do!

    I agree, JohnDoe, the double-layered fencing in San Diego is great. However, a lot of the so-called fencing in other areas doesn't come close to meeting the standards of the San Diego fence.
