Yeah, Arnold woke up, that's really great! Late, but great. Every eye opened to the reality of illegal immigration is one step forward towards ending it.

* RESERVE all federal and state public benefits for only lawful residents including non-emergency, pre-natal, and in-state tuition.

This initiative can begin to address the problems associated with the automatic citizenship policy which is bankrupting California. Six out of ten birth certificates in San Diego County do not have a parent's SSN. "Birth tourism" including premature births cost California taxpayers over $2.5 Billion annually.

Congress can reduce the crime problem by ending automatic citizenship. The Border Patrol reports a major reason deported criminal illegal aliens return immediately to the United States after deportation is because they have left behind children born here.
