    I thought Gutneckt was OPPOSED TO CAFTA. Has he changed his mind since this article or vice versa??

    I guess you just never know what will change, unless the paper got the story wrong “accidentally�. When other legislators see that he is for it, they might change their minds as well. Call me paranoid, but I wouldn’t put anything past them.
