    (CNN) - While the chatter surrounding a potential Chris Christie presidential bid increases, one current contender said Sunday the New Jersey governor is too liberal to win the GOP nomination.

    Former Godfather’s Pizza CEO Herman Cain said Christie’s past positions on civil unions for same sex couples, illegal immigration and global warming would be liabilities among conservative Republican voters.

    “Most of the conservatives believe that we should enforce our borders. They do not believe people should be here without documentation. They do not believe global warming is a crisis or a threat,â€
