    Pickup flips in downtown SL
Police cars were arriving in this scene taken from the west right after the accident. Adam Kutz holds up a finger to Police Chief Mark Prosser to indicate the number inside injured. Adam is a volunteer firefighter who owns A&A Automotive a block south of the accident. He heard the crash and rushed to the scene. On the right is Officer Brad Thiele looking into the vehicle and on the far left a man helping with translation. Officer Gracie Vrieze is on the far right holding the license plate of the unknown van which she just picked up off the pavement.

The victim is fortunate the accident didn't happen in a remote spot.Illegal aliens even sober never stop to render aid after hitting man or beast,
    third world values.

I rented a car at the airport in Santa Domingo years ago and the agent
told me if I get in an accident to get the car and myself back to the airport
asap, do not stay at the scene as you will be arrested and will stay in jail
for months before you even see a judge, no mater who is at fault and the car will be impounded.

Interesting to learn how countries like Santa Domingo deal with traffic accidents jimpasz.

It amazes me how the illegal alien driver always manages to drive or run away from an accident and the victims are the ones seriously injured or killed.

In this instance the 4 in the truck needed a translator so am curious of their status.
