There has been a debate in Vancouver area about which law enforcement officers should have guns after guards on the public transit system were trained and equipped with firearms last year. Concerns were raised that adding guns to the mix would escalate violence.

I have a hard time relating to such panty-waisted leftists as these, who won't even arm their border guards! News flash morons, guns are already in the mix - at least on the criminals' side.

Get's your heads out of the sand, eh!

Hehe, they will issue sidearms to the border guards, but by regulation the guns will have to be disassembled and in a locked case, with the ammo in a seperate locked case. And their common sense too, in a seperate locked case.
