I was against the combining of various units into the HLS once done it becomes unmanageable, ICE is an example they are far too restricted in doing there job IMO.It all comes down to this as government grows in number it adds to the Democrat voter numbers and in turn lessons freedom for Joe average. Simply no other take, bigger government= less freedom.
