    MONTERREY, Mexico - Five young men were killed and dumped outside a school in Monterrey last weekend. A teacher who works in the school system there said the killings don't surprise anyone.

    The teacher, who wished to remain anonymous for her own safety, told CHANNEL 5 NEWS most of the students the cartels target are rich. The cartels know they can extort the students' parents.

    “One of the things we were told to do is put on some songs, sing or play mental games with the kids, so that we can distract them,â€
