    This mentality--or I SHOULD say LACK thereof--just never ceases to amaze me. I just can't BELIEVE that, right before the hurricane, some IDIOT was buying clothes that would likely get ruined anyway and only buying a pitiful amount of food. AND, THAT was AFTER Katrina when they SAW people NOT getting help in the way of food and water. It is just UN- believable! Not that I don't believe YOU, Legal. I just don't WANT to believe this mentality.
