CBP in Atlanta Apprehends 2 Wanted Fugitives

Atlanta - United States Customs and Border Protection officers at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport apprehended two individuals wanted for cocaine sale and arson charges officials announced today. Both apprehensions occurred on April 12.
The apprehensions were made while CBP officers were conducting routine inspections of arriving international passengers. The first individual, 37-year-old Troy Fitzgerald Box, arrived from Lagos, Nigeria and was wanted for cocaine sale out of Minnesota. The second individual, 32-year-old Jose Mauricio Galindo, arrived from Tegucigalpa, Honduras and was wanted for arson out of New Jersey.
After both individuals were identified and the warrants confirmed, they were arrested and turned over to the Atlanta Police Department for extradition. During fiscal year 2008, CBP apprehended nationwide more than 200 people with serious criminal records including murder, rape, and child molestation.
