After a number of illegal aliens, who have children attending public schools in Charlotte, North Carolina, began complaining to city officials that they could not become more involved in school activities, due to the fact that the school system requires anyone who wishes to perform volunteer work in the schools have a valid Social Security number (The schools use the Social Security numbers to perform criminal background checks, to weed-out anyone with a history of sex offenses and other serious crimes. ), Charlotte Mayor Dan Clodfelter proposed issuing another form of identification cards to accommodate them.

You see, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area has been so inundated with illegal aliens in recent years, that their children (both legal and illegal) now dominate the student population in many of the area's schools. Of course, the leadership of Charlotte, like every other major city in North Carolina has laid-out the welcome mat for those here illegally, and in so doing, placed a tremendous, undue burden on the taxpaying citizens.

The district school board is now looking into other, "alternative forms of ID" which would allow the illegal alien parents to take a more active role in the free education their children receive, according to the Charlotte Observer.

In June, Mayor Clodfelter met with Charlotte's Immigrant Integration Task Force and recommended to the group that a city ID be adopted, which would among other things, would help illegal aliens gain better access to "community services." Undoubtedly, that simply means more citizen-funded services such as welfare and Food Stamps.

The Task Force's website states:
In 2014, the 29-member task force will review the recommendations of the 2007 Mayor’s Immigration Study Commission; research and recommend policies that facilitate access to city services for all residents of Charlotte, while addressing gaps in civic engagement; prepare a report with recommendations to the City Council that promotes awareness among the public of the availability of existing programs and services facilitating immigrant integration; and seek opportunities to better educate the Charlotte community on how embracing immigrant communities will help move the city forward.
Of course, the task force was not created in 2013 to help better serve "immigrants," living in Charlotte, this group is really devoted to securing more benefits for those here illegally. The term 'immigrant' implies that the person came here through legal means and respects our country, while the term 'illegal alien,' means exactly as it sounds--illegal.

One such illegal alien was arrested on July 6, by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, after he reportedly raped a little girl, multiple times.

He is 53-year-old Ignacio Crisostomo Reyes, and he has been charged with two counts of first-degree child rape, and two counts of first-degree sex offense with a child. He is currently being held at the Mecklenburg County Central Jail on an ICE detainer.

Apparently, Reyes has no other criminal record in this country, and his information, such as an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number or a utility bill (which are typical requirements for the IDs New York City and New Haven, Conn., currently dispense to illegal aliens) would not have sent-off any red flags on a background check. In fact, this accused child-rapist, who lives in Charlotte, may very well have a child in the public school system, and could have been a likely recipient of the more lax standards, now being discussed.
If these IDs are granted, it will mean one thing for certain...more crime.

Though it is never acknowledged by either the Republican, nor Democrat Party operatives, unlike nearly all other crimes, those committed by illegal aliens are 100 percent preventable. It's really very simple...If they are not here, then they are not here to commit the crime.
