Yes, I know. DHS and DOJ need to organize and execute a major investigation into these illegal labor networks posing as temp agencies who have been funneling illegal aliens to these job sites for at least 15 to 20 years, shut them down and pack their butts off to federal prison. It's already illegal, you don't need Congress or the Courts or E-Verify to do this. You just enforce the law and hold these horrible evil lawbreakers discriminating against black workers accountable. They're violating three sets of laws, US Civil Rights Laws, US Labor Laws and US Immigration Laws.

It is companies like this who aid and abet illegal immigration. Has it profited the general public to have illegal workers in these jobs? Has the price of Little Debbies' products gone down? Have the cost savings been passed down to the customers? I don't think so.

What you are doing is affirming by possible explanations the false narrative of large turnover in black labor which isn't true, it's false. High turnover and/or lower efficiency ratings are not the fault of the workers, regardless of their race, it's the failure of management and ownership, not the work force.

I'm giving you reason for the high turnover and you're saying one doesn't exist. Well, obviously the facts would disagree with you.
