That's not strange when it's in all black communities. It makes sense that the crime in all black communities is committed by blacks on blacks in their communities. There just seems to be a higher rate of crime in these communities and that's probably because of the high poverty due to lack of jobs in expensive areas to live. Ghettos in inner cities are violent places. Always have been.

"Idleness leads to wickedness."

Trump seems to understand this and has for a long time. That's why he wants to redevelop these areas, break 'em up, bring in industry and businesses, create good jobs and turn them into prosperous and safe areas.
