One in Three drivers are missing? If they are all illegal aliens, then that is a damn good reason to start deporting people. If it will reduce traffic by 1/3! That will be motivation for a lot of people.31 vehicles were involved in the crash which leaves at least 9 drivers unaccounted for at this time.
What kind of people run from an accident?

An illegal fender-bendered the back of my car last year. He DID get out and try to talk his way out of it, offering me money, telling me he had to go to work, yaddayadda. I had already called the police and told him so. he got in his car and drove away. Didn't do him much good- we got his tag # and the officer who showed up was actually able to track him down.
