He put everything, 70 legislative actions, into one bill, one version in the House, one version in the Senate, padded it with a DACa deal to convince DemoQuacks to sign on, so it could be passed. It didn't work because our organization and several others lobbied against it because of the DACA component. The only alternative to that was to win big in the midterms, keep the House and try to elect 9 more Republicans to the US Senate so we could pass that bill without DemoQuack votes or a DACA component. But Republicans lost the House and only gained 2 Senate Seats. No law we want is possible now.

When you pretend to want something that you really don't want, you put in the 70 actions for those easily manipulated then you poison it with DACA. He didn't want all those 70 actions, if he did his companies would not have a record of 1% use of E-Verify.

Whatever .... go call some DemoQuacks and express your demands. Trump can't help you. He doesn't have the funds, he doesn't have the laws, he won't get most of the court rulings he wants either. Americans made their choice on November 6, 2018 what direction they wanted to take this country on immigration. My side lost that election. Yours won so go call them and send them money. I became a No Party voter years ago and am still waiting for a new party.

Independent voters with no party may be the solution.

Why are you afraid to call it what it actually was? It was an AMNESTY!

My point is you purposely avoided using the word amnesty because you were afraid the word "amnesty" would overshadow Trump's other efforts. I think we've become rather adept at reading through the cheerleading and obfuscating.

I have no problem calling it amnesty. DACA is amnesty. It's kind of stupid to think a bill that extends DACA which is already an amnesty needs to be called out as an amnesty, as if it's something "new", when it certainly wasn't "new", in fact the House bill ended the DACA Amnesty in 9 years, the Senate bill, 12 years but with a pathway to citizenship. Meanwhile, the other 70 legislative actions would have ended illegal immigration once and for all as well as reduced legal immigration. The Goodlatte bill which was the House bill got close to passing in spite of our lobbying efforts against it. If we had supported it, it would have passed the House and maybe had a chance in the Senate. Both the House and Senate bills had $25 billion in wall funding too. That would have been worth shutting the government down to get the Senate Dem votes. That would have been a fight worth having.

But that's gone and then we lost the House in the mid-terms, so it's all over for awhile, except what Trump can do on his own through the Executive Branch.

I'm sure you know all this, I'm sure you know that when you work to throw Republicans out of the Congress to replace with with Open Border DemoQuacks, there will be no progress made on stopping illegal immigration. You don't strike me a stupid person who wouldn't know this would be the outcome.
